ABOUT Fernando Cruz - Founder
A seasoned executive with 25+ years of driving growth and leading transformations across diverse industries and international markets. His career spans both public and private sectors in Latin America and Europe, demonstrating a proven ability to accelerate business growth through strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and functional excellence in corporate affairs.
He brings extensive experience managing teams in traditional and highly-regulated industries, notably spending several years in Oil & Gas, Consumer goods and Pharma, where he held C-level and key leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, Country Head of Corporate Affairs, Communication & ESG, CEO, and Regional Executive Director for External Affairs across Latin America and Canada.
He also served as a public officer for 15 years, holding pivotal positions at the Mexican Bank for Foreign Trade (BANCOMEXT), Mexico's Ministry of Economy, and PROMEXICO. In these roles, he led teams that supported over 4,000 companies in international expansion and developed critical bilateral cooperation programs with the European Commission to drive trade and investment.
